  • RAWE Program

    The Rural Agricultural Work Experience (RAWE) program serves as a flagship initiative for final-year Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (B.Sc. Ag.) students during their last semester. The primary objective of RAWE, introduced by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), is to enhance the self-confidence of agricultural graduates by refining their professional skills. During their two-week stay in rural villages, students reside with local households, offering them a unique opportunity to reconnect with farmers and gain valuable firsthand field experience. Additionally, the RAWE modules foster significant positive transformations in students' mindsets, perspectives, personality traits, as well as their managerial and entrepreneurial abilities.
