From the Desk of Chairman (Agri Meet Institute of Agriculture and Applied Sciences)

We are pleased to welcome the research aspirants contemplating to join the Agri Meet Institute of Agriculture and Applied Sciences which has been established under the aegis of Agri Meet Foundation UP. Agri Meet Institute of Agriculture and Applied Sciences has launched training programme for research aspirants/Under graduate/Post Graduate students who want to compete the ICAR's AIEEA UG (BSc Agri), ICAR's PG / JRF, ICAR's SRF, ARS Exam, NET Exam, IARI Ph.D. Entrance Exam, BHU Entrance Exam, SAU's Entrance Exam, UPSC/PSC Agriculture Optional, IBPS AFO Exams, ADO/ADA/AO/REO, NTA UGC NET/SLET etc. with a view to help the young boys and girls from India and abroad having the main objective to prepare innovative and applied research work. AMIAAS is India’s first of its kind institute, that is based on a unique agriculture model which are providing training to the farmers, agriculture students and stakeholders in agriculture for commercial cultivation of Cereals, Pulses, Legumes, Millets, Fodder, Fruit, Vegetable, Flower and medicinal and aromatic crops and other certificate courses in organic farming, Minimum Budget Farming/ Sustainable Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Plant Science, Post Harvest, Plant Protection etc. We start doing this prestigious work in 2021 with team of experienced staff and multi dimensional infrastructure facilities. AMIAAS has all possible resources through which we are catering our knowledge and thought process in front of India’s agriculture community.

The ten year Master plan (2020-2030) envisaged by AMIAAS has the appropriate strategies for innovative and applied research to be conducted for benefitting all sectors related to agriculture and allied sciences including rural and urban employment, science and technology etc. Agricultural candidates have a high chance of getting jobs in the government sector such as UPSC (Indian Forest Services), Staff Selection Commission, IBPS Specialists Officer (AO), and also jobs in government organizations such as Food Corporation of India (FCI), National Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD), and National Dairy Development Board.

The average salary after Agriculture courses in India ranges from INR 3,00,000 to 7,00,000 per annum.

We are sure that this unique endeavor for preparing a competent cadre of young professionals qualified with specialized research degrees and innovative knowledge will go a long way in filling up the gap between the demand and supply of expert academicians required to be absorbed in the university level , institutions in India as well as in the rest of the world.
