Who We Are

Agriculture Innovation and Farmer Welfare Society established in 2021, a non-governmental/ Not-For-Profit, autonomous research and educational organization registered under the Societies Registration Act, from which its acronym AIFWS is derived. Society is also registered in Ministry of MSME Govt. of India and ISO: 9001-2015 certified organization with the aim to revitalize rural India through providing access to sustainable farm and rural community livelihood development. Agriculture Innovation and Farmer Welfare Society is one of the largest networks of agriculture and allied sector professionals in India and acts as a bridge between a network of Indian rural communities and other stakeholders, including government, development organizations and corporate entities. AIFWS does this through large-scale field implementation projects with integrated deployment of technological innovation for efficiency and scale.

Agriculture Innovation and Farmer Welfare Society comprised of thousands of helping hands in India and worldwide, AIFWS represents a broad cross-section of the agriculture community-scientists, agriculture universities, educators, students, landscape and turf managers, government, extension agents and industry professionals. AIFWS members focus on practices and problems in Agriculture: breeding, propagation, production and management, harvesting, handling and storage, processing, marketing and use of agricultural and horticultural plants and products.
